SE/SSE- IoS – Bluetooth Low Energy

Job description: 2 positions

Education: Engineering or Technical degrees preferred (B.E/B.TECH/M.E/M.TECH/MCA/M.Sc)

Experience Required:  4 to 8 years

Location: Bangalore

On Site : yes for initial 6 to 8 months then at Bangalore office

Primary Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters with Computer Science/ Computer Engineering background.
• Strong in Data Structures and Algorithms and Object Oriented Programming.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of industry experience in IOS apps development(both objective c and swift is must)
• Strong experience in writing IOS apps that involves Bluetooth Low Energy Devices (BLE-eddy stone experience is must)
• Expertise in handling multiple Bluetooth connections.
• Ability to develop app from scratch or modify the existing large code base
• Ability to document the code well.
• Xamarin/React native for mobile development is highly desirable
• Backend Integration – Restful Webservice Integration with IOS apps (AWS, Azure cloud services etc.)
• Experience integrating the market standard libraries with IOS apps including analytics, crash reporting, data loggers (to cloud)
• Experience writing unit test cases.
• Experience with cloud messaging, push notifications, background services etc.
• Experience with Code repositories like Git, Mercurial
• Well versed with apple play store deployment process(pushing apps on to the play store), test flight

Secondary Skills: 

• Ability to learn new technologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Strong plus if having experience writing SDK ‘s that can be distributed to third party developers
• Knowledge on Firebase
