SSE / TL – Android Infotainment

Job description: 3 positions

Education: Engineering or Technical degrees preferred (B.E/B.TECH/M.E/M.TECH/MCA/M.Sc)

Experience Required:  4 to 8 years

Location: Bangalore

 

Primary Skills:

  • Design and develop advanced application features for automotive infotainment systems
  • Collaborate with customer and cross-functional teams for Requirement study and analysis
  • Understand High level design and prepare low level design
  • Develop high quality code as per requirement specification. Unit-test code for robustness, including boundary cases, usability, and reliability
  • Work on defect fixing and improving application performance
  • Effectively communicate with client and other stake holders.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ year Android based application development experience in In-vehicle/automotive Infotainment Platforms
  • Solid background in software development, Object oriented design and design patterns.
  • Experience with the Android SDK, Core java, NDK.
  • Experience working with Android frameworks and its Customization.
  • Experience working in Infotainment based applications modules such as Media, Phone, Navigation, Voice Recognition, Gestures Recognition etc.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and growing environment
  • Good experience on various quality process such as CMM.
  • Agile development working experience would be added advantage.
